Exercises are initially prescribed by creating condition reports or exercise plans. In order to change or modify your patient’s report after it’s been sent, simply, navigate to Patient Data under the Patient’s & Reports Tab. Select the patient you want to update the report for, then, click “Exercise RX” to view and update their program.
  • To progress a prescribed plan -Drag and drop exercises between the “upcoming” and “current” columns.
  • To add new exercises – Click on the “+” icon in the top right corner, then select new exercises for either current or upcoming queues.
  • To delete exercises – Click on the “x” in the top right corner of any exercise box.
  • To modify sets, reps, or notes – Click on the exercise box and edit as desired.
When you are finished, “choose your delivery method” at the bottom of the page. Regardless of the selected delivery method, the patient’s HealthCom app will be automatically updated with the current program. Pro Tip: Use the Submit button only in the rare instance that you would like to automatically update the patient’s HealthCom app without printing or email notification.
